Tables 3 and 4 are from "Reddening and Extinction Toward the Galactic Bulge 
from OGLE-III: The Inner Milky Way's Rv ~ 2.5 Extinction Curve"

Table3.dat is intended for observers, and Table4.dat 
is intended for modellers. 

Table3.dat gives, for all sightlines

column 1: mean longitude
column 2: mean latitude
column 3: RA
column 4: DEC
column 5: A_{I}, Extinction in I-band
column 6: E(V-I), reddening in (V-I)
column 7: S_{E(V-I)}, 1-sigma differential reddening
column 8: mu, mean distance modulus, smoothed over 20 arcminutes
column 9: S_{mu}, distance modulus dispersion, smoothed over 20 arcminutes
column 10: RJKVI, Ratio E(J-Ks)/E(V-I) 
column 11: QualityFlag, A QualityFactor of "0" means a 
  reliable sightline, whereas a QualityFactor of "1" means an 
  unreliable sightline.


Table4.dat reports for each reliable sightline:

column 1: mean longitude
column 2: mean latitude
column 3: minimum RA
column 4: maximum RA
column 5: minimum DEC
column 6: maximum DEC
column 7: surface area (square degrees)
  Where each sightline subtends a rectangle in RA and DEC, 
  and thus minimum and maximum values of those parameters are clearly defined. 
  We then report the structural parameters and their errors:
column 8: mean distance modulus
column 9: variance in distance modulus
column 10: number of RC stars
column 11: error in the mean distance modulus
column 12: error in the variance in distance modulus
column 13: error in the number of RC stars
column 14: cor(number_counts,distance) 
column 15: cor(distance,variance) 
column 16: cor(variance,number_counts) 
  The variance in distance modulus is sometimes negative 
  due to measurement errors.
