Prediscovery of Nova Men 2022

Nova Mensae 2022 (AT 2022ufh) was found by the ATLAS survey on Sep 16th, 2022. The field containing this classical nova was observed by OGLE. In particular, the field was observed a day before the nova was found and this OGLE image shows nova during eruption. This is currently the first known observation of Nova Men 2022. These observations were presented in an Astronomer's Telegram, which launched OGLE reports on transient sources after the survey re-started post covid pandemic.
